Who we are

Gudrix (OÜ Gudrix LLC, Tallinn, Estonia) is a full-cycle UX/UI design and development agency. This policy explains what personal data we collect through gudrix.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

We only collect data you give us or that standard web analytics generate:

  • Contact form details — name, company, email, project budget, selected services and your message.
  • Chat conversations — messages you send to our website assistant.
  • Booking details — information you submit when scheduling a call through our calendar.
  • Usage data — pages visited, device and browser information, collected via Google Analytics using cookies.

How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
  • To schedule and hold calls you book with us.
  • To understand how the website is used and improve it.
  • To comply with legal obligations that apply to us.

Legal basis

We process your data based on your consent (when you submit a form or accept analytics cookies), on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (when you enquire about a project), and on our legitimate interest in operating and improving the website.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. It is shared only with the service providers that run this website:

  • Vercel — website hosting.
  • Google Analytics — anonymous usage statistics.
  • FormSubmit — delivery of contact form submissions to our inbox.
  • Cal.com — call scheduling.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics settings (up to 14 months).

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can at any time:

  • Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct or delete it.
  • Withdraw consent or object to processing.
  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format.
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
